Virtual 5K

During May of 2020, we conducted our first Virtual 5K as a way to keep people active during the quarantine. There were over 60 participants and had some great prizes and amazing items in our goodie bag including a 5K t-shirt.  We had people asking to do another one so we decided to do it again and make this an annual event!!

So how does a Virtual 5K work??

Participants register and pay a $25 fee for the event. Location doesn't matter!!  Next, during the month of May you can run, walk, or jog a 5K (3.1 Miles) wherever and whenever you like. We want everyone to post pictures and their results to our social media for sharing. Then in June you can come into the gym to pick up your goodie bag  AND we will have drawings for some great prizes. (Goodie bags will be shipped to those outside of Tuscaloosa)
